Active Holdings

Hawks Landing Subdivision

468 vacant developed single family lots located in Waynesville, GA just outside of Brunswick. Alex and Shawn Leveto purchased these lots from a bank in September of 2022.
Governors Lake

~71.8 acres of commercially zoned land remain out of 95 purchased from the Eastern Pilots Pension Fund. ~23.2 acres were sold to McKinley Homes for a townhome community, Summit at Peachtree Corners.
Wade Green Road

Beginning with ~55 acres of mixed use land purchased from the Resolution Trust, now only ~3.3 available acres remain. The Leveto Family developed the surrounding subdivision, and some tracts were sold to national retail users.

Former Projects

The Exchange at Gwinnett

~140 acres sold to Fuqua Development by the Leveto family in 2021. Over 465,000 square feet of retail, restaurants, professional office space, hotel suites and luxury residential flats have been built. Users include Topgolf, Andrettis, Rooms to Go, Chipotle, and multiple other national retail businesses.
Rockfern Place

~10.18 acres sold to Richardson Housing Group for 86 townhomes. The community is located right off of Harbins road in the Lilburn-Norcross area. Home prices start in the $400s.
Spring Valley Subdivision

88 developed townhome lots in the heart of Tucker, GA sold to Rocklyn Homes.
Stoney Pointe Subdivision

94 developed townhome lots in downtown Atlanta sold to The Pacific Group.
Willow Ridge Subdivision

50 developed single family lots located in Dallas, GA sold to Century Complete.
Enclave at Parsons Subdivision

~4.41 acres off of Parsons Road in Johns Creek, GA sold to Epic Homes for 12 single family residences.
Short Road

~83.59 acres planned for 156 single family lots located in Fairburn, GA. The property was sold to The Pacific Group without LDP.
TopGolf Alpharetta and Other Uses

~30 acres on Westside Parkway in Alpharetta, GA. 15 acres purchased by TopGolf. The remaining 15 acres were sold to The Davis Group for a mixed use development.
Mossy Oak Subdivision

6 vacant developed single family lots in North Augusta, SC. Alex Leveto purchased these lots from the original developer in October of 2022. Sold to Your Neighborhood Builder.
Graham Road

~21.68 acres located in Macon, GA zoned for apartments. Sold to an individual investor.
Jep Wheeler Road

~80 residential acres in Woodstock, GA sold to O’Dwyer Homes. “Grove at Mill Creek” coming soon.
Peachtree Creek Greenway

~19 acres of mixed use land in Brookhaven, GA leased for cell phone towers. Portions were also sold for an apartment development and daycare, and the remaining land was purchased by the City of Brookhaven for the creation of the Peachtree Creek Greenway.
